wednesday i completed 8 months in the mission! 10 months to go!!!! its insane. it was a good day then we finished the night with crepes at a members house and they helped us plan some activities becasue they are both returned missionaries. man i just adore their family
jueves we were super lucky and had the whole zone come and help us contact our giant area! we spent like 2 hours contacting and they didnt even halfway contact it all. but we got some cool new investigators out of it that we will be meeting this week.
friday we did divisions with the hermana leaders and i went to cerrito de maiz their area with hermana madrid that came in my group with me to xela from the ccm. and it made me grateful that i dont have changes again meeting all new people again so soon kinda freaked me out. im loving my new area though.
i also had the opportunity to shower only using a bucket of hot water because their showers are broken it was an interesting experience and i feel blessed i dont live in that apartment
sabado we finished divisions and i found out from the other hermana leader hermana richards that she is meghan carlisles cousin! small world. she was in my house at my desk and saw the pics of me and meghan! crazy! we contacted a guy freddy that some hermanas found on thursday and he is a pastor im about 95 percent sure! we spent like 2 hours with him and its when i wish i had a latina companion. he just started reading the bible and it was interesting. also we met with a pilas family and they are not going to any church because they are new to huehue. the rain here started saturday and poured! the rainy season!
domingo we just wore rain boots all day after church and found a ton of cool people to meet with in the week! and tuesday are cambios and hey im not being transfered! id probably die if i had to pack up and leave again!
