First of all i just want to wish my mom a Happy Birthday!!!!! wish i was there to give you a big hug! but im sending one through this email ok!
Wednesday we had district meeting and president mainly just moved people to different areas this transfer but they still in our zone so its pretty weird! being in the same zone as your old companion. awkward sometimes jaja also it always ends up being someones birthday and we get to shove cake in their face
we also had english class and sulma came! she is so excited about learning english! sometimes its so hard to get people to come to FREE english class.
thursday i had to go on divisions with hermana call. still not sure how shes related to me but we are both decendents of anson call. i got to see 2 people i knew because their area is across the street from las flores my old area. friday morning we climed up to an aldea called talmeche and visited some recent converts. i got to use their sweet outside bathroom without a door so hermana call stood as my door. im thankful for running water. i was pretty much a lobster after that hike. so we came back and ended divisions and i went back to malacas with my comp who had come to get me. we missed each other so much!
saturday we went to quiaquizullal i think is how you spell it. we went with the elders and karina. thankfully after walking an hour out of the 3 hours it is to the house of familia lopez. the husband augustin came and picked us up. it is soooo amazingly pretty up there! we went through rivers in his truck and i felt like i was on safari! i took some sweet videos. then we got there and they made us lunch we practiced making tortillas and we learned to make bread. it was super chilero. thankfully after the message we shared augustin gave us a ride back to the main road to get to malacas. it was overall a super great day!
lets just say this week was full of hiking and getting sunburnt but i loved it.
this week i learned that im really really really thankful for second chances and the opportunity we have to step back, look at our lives and really change the things that are holding us back from progressing spiritually. its a new year and we really can do great things.
thank you for all your love and support.
