hola hola
this week was weird as my companion says all the time jaja. we have been sick with something and we are just trying to survive to be honest. it started on tuesday after district meeting in the evening i got a fever for like 4 hours. i was just super cold then i realized my comps werent wearing sweatshirts and shivering so i knew something was wrong with me. luckily only a short time with the fever. but ever since i havent felt good.
this week halloway completed 17 months in the mission! we bought her a cake and we ate happily. well she has a lot of mixed emotions and i still have no idea what thats like going home....even though ive sent like 2 people home already and shell be the third. i do complete 13 months tomorrow so i only have 5 months left. scary! it is going soooo fast.
this week we had an activity with a member nancy and the students that rent rooms in her house. cati and maritza are the most positive and they came to church last sunday so they are pilas! they couldnt come this sunday because they went home for the weekend. another student that lives there is an ex missionary from san marcos but he served in mexico. he may or not creep me out a little but he is helping us with the 2 girls. he took them to the temple and showed them around so that was cool! they always have the best questions
we were walking through the demo this week and it was crazy because i saw henry my convert working there! i almost cried and i think he almost did too. he took a pic of me to show to familia ramos that i am in town.
i am working in the temple 2 times a week giving tours to investigators or people that just come randomly to the temple. i love it so far and i will hopefully get to see lots of people from my first area garibaldi if they come to the temple!
so this week we were at lunch with a member and she said an elder died in mexico the day before and i just started bawling while they looked for the name of the elder. i didnt know how much i loved garrick! :) not sure why i cried so easily but it scared me! garrick you better feel loved and im glad it wasnt you!!!!!!!!!!!!
saturday aura and diana came from huehue with the stake presidency to the temple and it was perfect because we were there! i got to see them and talk to them for a while. it was so nice.
in the night we made a cake with the elders in the panaderia. well just decorated it. then the guy bryan they wanted us to teach finally came and we made an appointment for this week with him and his wife.
sunday rudy a reference from the zone leader came to church and he is sooooo prepared! he brought his book of mormon and gospel principals book with him. so pilas.
then we had choir practice! i havent been so bored on my mission as i was at that time. i almost fell asleep because they practiced part by part and never my part. then the lights went out. so we had to cancel our citas because the streets were pitch black.
well i hope you all have a great week and i would like to leave you with a quote.
si crees que puedes, tienes razón.
si crees que no puedes, también tienes razón
